MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA Driver
You're right, the manual is garbage. Here's the deal, and this is general knowledge: I imagine it's the same for SATA I would imagine you have to turn on JMicron controller in BIOS, probably some sort of on-board equipment menu option or something. Then you'd probably see a JMicron Bios prompt at boot with what MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA press to go there and create the array if necessary. If any of MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA is over your head, don't bother with RAID.
And again, your questions are not of the "good question" sort to be asking, despite you saying you know what you're talking about. CTRL-I was the missing info.

MSI X58A-GD65 Review
MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA Dont fly a plane unless you know how to build it? A lot of us are lacking expansive knowledge Click to enlarge Once you get past the aesthetics of the board, it becomes obvious that the general layout of the board is clean.
The expansion slots are also sensibly arranged, with the three 16x PCI-E MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA well spaced out to give multiple graphics cards room to breathe. The heatsinks also passed our strenuous wobble test with flying colours, largely due to the fact that they are held to the board with screws as opposed to flimsy plastic push pins wrapped in a flimsy spring. Click to enlarge We have to admit that we were slightly dubious about such claims, but even when running a heavily overclocked CPU the heatsink and chokes were still only slightly warm to the touch, which is impressive.
Most obvious of these is the bright red switch located on the bottom edge of the board which allows manual overclocking of the QPI bus without having MSI X58A-GD65 JMicron SATA enter the BIOS. There was also something quite mesmerising about watching the lights rise, fall and pulse as the board worked through our Media Benchmark suite.
This is a pain. Click to enlarge Some of the voltage options were also a little peculiar. For example, the minimum ICH Southbridge voltage we could set was 1.
